Rhonda Waters
I am a Doctoral Intern in Clinical Psychology at Meridian University, providing therapy under the supervision of Dr. Pamela Balentine, PhD, LPC. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that prioritizes safety, collaboration, and empowerment.
I specialize in helping adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients also seek support with anger management, building emotional intelligence, and developing practical coping skills to better handle stress and everyday difficulties.
My approach is compassionate and steady. I believe each client is the expert in their own story, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can occur. Together, we will focus on identifying your strengths, deepening self-awareness, and developing tools that promote resilience and emotional balance.
